Ottuhr Warranty

We back each timepiece sold at ottuhr with a one-year mechanical warranty from the date of purchase. On Arrival Watches are inspected to confirm authenticity & functions. Each watch receives the necessary maintenance to ensure, a fully functional time piece. The majority of our timepieces run on manual winding or automatic movements, which are not as accurate as modern quartz. None of our timepieces are guaranteed water resistant, and our ranking listed on the product page is a suggestion based on our inspection of the case.

Our warranty may be voided by the following circumstances: internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishandling, abusive treatment of the watch, modifications, attempted repairs or tampering by unauthorized third parties. Our warranty is non-transferrable.

Please be mindful that watches need care. We do our best to inform each customer on the durability & recommended water resistance of each watch. A warranty may be voided if a watch shows Abuse, Accidental Drops, Water Damage, or any other form of damage caused from the owner.

In most cases we will work with the owner to provide the best possible solution, even if the owner is at fault.
